Unresolved conflicts in the Middle East

Dragonfly is pleased to invite you to a briefing on key forecasts for Middle East conflicts in 2025 and their wider implications for the region.
This will take place on Thursday, 13 March at 1200hrs New York / 1600hrs London / 1700hrs Paris / 2000hrs Dubai.
The risk of military escalations across the Middle East remains high. Israel, Hamas and Hezbollah seem unwilling to resume sustained armed fighting despite the formal end of ceasefires in Lebanon and Gaza. And Iran and Israel have not traded direct fire since October 2024. However, there are few prospects that the underlying drivers of these conflicts will be resolved anytime soon.
This briefing aims to assist clients with interests and operations in the region, who are considering or planning to return to the security posture they had in place before the Hamas attack on 7 October 2023.
We will cover:
- The potential of an Israeli military strike against Iranian nuclear sites
- How the Gaza war is likely to develop this year
- The outlook for Israeli operations in the West Bank
- Prospects for a return to stability in Lebanon
- An outlook for Houthi attacks on commercial shipping in the Red Sea
The briefing will include an opportunity for you to pose questions to our panel.
