As Chief Intelligence Officer, Henry has overall responsibility for the company’s intelligence and analysis operations, products, services and methodologies and leads our team of analysts and researchers. Henry joined Risk Advisory in 2006 and was appointed Head of Intelligence and Analysis in 2012, the practice that became Dragonfly. Henry has a first-class degree in War Studies from King’s College London.
David founded the security practice at The Risk Advisory Group in 2001. In 2021, it evolved into Dragonfly, giving a new focus to our unique brand of security intelligence and political risk. David was The Risk Advisory Group's CEO from 2018 and before that, he held positions as COO and CIO. He continued as Dragonfly's CEO until 2023 when, following its acquisition by FiscalNote, he took on the role of Strategic Advisor. David holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
Cvete joined Dragonfly in 2022. She leads Dragonfly’s global advisory practice, working closely with businesses, investors, and governments, helping them operate securely and successfully in complex environments across the globe. She has more than 10 years of experience in political risk analysis and consulting. Prior to joining Dragonfly, Cvete worked for a sustainability research and data firm, and for leading political risk consulting firms. Cvete has published extensively in academic and industry publications and holds a DPhil in Politics from Oxford University. She speaks Macedonian, English, Spanish, and is fluent in several Balkan languages.
Hannah has overall responsibility for ensuring that our analytical team is able to meet the high standards expected by our clients. She manages our SIAS production, and oversees the hiring, training and development of analysts. Hannah joined Risk Advisory in 2012 as a Middle East analyst. She has a Bachelor's degree in Middle Eastern studies with Arabic and Persian from Cambridge University.
As COO, Rebecca works closely with the senior team to ensure that Dragonfly’s targets are met and that operations are running smoothly. She is also responsible for the development of Dragonfly’s partnerships strategy and managing the legal, risk and compliance functions. Rebecca joined in 2022 from Risk Advisory, where she was most recently Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. She previously headed its investigations practice and set up its Asia office. Before joining Risk Advisory, Rebecca worked in the commercial department of an independent oil company.
