The war in Ukraine has seemingly reached an impasse as it enters its third year. The battle lines remain largely unchanged following Ukraine’s offensive during the summer of 2023. But its international economic and military support is beginning to dwindle, and cracks are emerging among Ukraine’s leadership. Both are raising questions as to whether Russia will gain the upper hand.
