This month, we will be making a significant update to Dragonfly's SIAS login experience. This update enhances the security of our platform while offering you greater access to additional FiscalNote Global Intelligence products.
You will soon be greeted by a new page to re-authenticate your access. Following these updates, direct access to the SIAS platform will remain available but when re-authentication is required, you will be redirected to a new login page.
If your current password does not meet new security requirements, you will be prompted to update it accordingly. For those who use one-time sign-in links, or “magic links,” and do not currently have a password, you can seamlessly create a new password directly from this page.
Please note that password reset emails will come from the following email address: [email protected]. We encourage you to add this email address to your safe senders list to ensure these important emails are not blocked by spam filters. If you still do not receive password reset emails, you may need to contact your IT department and request this email address is whitelisted.
We recommend clicking ‘Remember me’ during sign-in to stay logged into your account for up to 30 days without the need for re-authentication.
The Dragonfly smartphone application will also be impacted by this update. We highly advise updating your mobile app to the latest version to enjoy the newest features and enhancements, and to ensure seamless compatibility with our web application. Once you update your mobile app, you will be logged out to re-authenticate your access. If you are required to update your password during this process, your new password should be used for both the web and mobile applications.
